1. Payments and cancelations
Deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation of the booking. Outstanding balance must be cleared 30 days before the event date. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
2. The Service
The hirer is responsible for the behaviour of the passengers in the car. Eating, drinking and smoking in the cars is not permitted. In the case where one of the passengers is being ill, the hirer will be charged £80 to cover the cleaning cost.
3. Liability
Vit Executive Travel shall not be liable for any delays caused by road, traffic conditions or breakdown during the journey. Under no circumstances shall Vit Executive Travel be liable for any loss of profits, business or for any indirect or consequential loss. The Hirer agrees to pay for any damages, expenses or costs arising from any act or omission of any passenger in the vehicle. All luggage is carried entirely at your own risk.
